Regional Service Manager
Role: Regional Service Manager
Location: West Yorkshire with travel across Yorkshire as required
Pay: £25 - £28 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 3-6 Months (Possible Extension)

Our client, a renowned charity, is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee and enhance their vital client-facing services across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and partners, ensuring that services align with the charity’s values and strategic goals while consistently meeting high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Leadership: Oversee the delivery of a diverse range of services, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the region.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring their work aligns with organisational values, policies, and procedures.
- Performance Accountability: Ensure all projects and contracts are effectively managed, with clear lines of responsibility and comprehensive reporting processes.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enhance the charity's reputation and profile in the region.
- Innovation and Growth: Work closely with senior management to develop new projects and initiatives that support the sustainability and expansion of services.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring services are delivered within financial constraints and expenses are processed accurately.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all service delivery meets contractual and funding requirements, with timely submission of data and reports.
- Positive Culture: Contribute to a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, positivity, and the charity's core values.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a variety of projects supporting individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, unemployment, and exploitation.
- Expertise in supervising teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Strong background in managing partnerships or supply chains, whether as a contractor or subcontractor.
- Skilled in planning workloads to achieve performance goals and tracking progress through detailed reporting.
- Experience integrating service user involvement into service design and delivery, enhancing the quality and impact of services.
- DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous
